YEAR ONE | A School Every Child Deserves

We believe every child deserves a safe, healthy, and inspiring place to learn.

Our first-year priorities include:

Creating safer and healthier school environments
Improving bathroom and sanitation facilities
Creating comfortable classrooms that inspire learning
Providing access to books and educational resources
Creating joyful spaces where children can play, grow, and thrive

A better learning environment can change the way a child sees school—and sees themselves.

YEAR TWO | Invest in Students & Teachers

A strong school is built by investing in the people who make learning possible.

Supporting Students

We plan to:

Launch the M&T Legacy Scholarship Program for students with financial need
Provide school uniforms, backpacks, books, and supplies
Introduce a daily reading initiative
Offer after-school tutoring for students who need additional support

Supporting Teachers

We plan to:

Provide teacher appreciation grants
Supply classroom teaching materials
Offer professional development workshops
Recognize outstanding teachers through annual excellence awards

Enriching School Life

We also hope to create opportunities for students to explore their interests, develop confidence, and discover their potential through:

Arts programs including painting, music, and theater
Leadership and public speaking clubs
Girls’ empowerment and mentorship programs
Environmental projects such as school gardens and tree planting
